Antoine
McAbee
I solve hard technical problems by going deep where it matters, connecting architecture to business reality, and building the teams and relationships that make execution stick.
How I solve
Leadership Through Leverage
I build teams and cross-functional trust that turn strong technical ideas into repeatable delivery across engineering, product, finance, supply chain, and security.
Technical Depth & Breadth
From cloud architecture to security, enterprise systems, data flows, and AI enablement, I stay close enough to the work to make good calls and broad enough to connect the system end to end.
Creative Problem Solving
I look for the highest-leverage intervention, whether that is a platform, an integration, a workflow, or a team design, and measure it by the business outcome it unlocks.

About me
I'm an engineering leader who still likes being close to the hard part of the problem. My career has moved through enterprise applications, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, developer platforms, and management, but the throughline is the same: understand the system, identify the leverage point, and build something useful.
At Ford Model E, I was promoted from within the team to lead the UEV Platform Tools organization — a global team of 17+ engineers serving engineering, finance, supply chain, DevOps, data, and AI needs for the Universal EV Platform.
Before management, I led as a technologist — serving as the technical lead for a complex GCP migration, the GCP lead for Ford's Cyber Defense team, and the bridge between SOC operations and Enterprise Cloud Security. At Dell, I secured dell.com protecting $12M/day. At Tyson, I was the primary IT representative for a $6 billion ERP system.
I'm at my best when the problem is messy, cross-functional, and technically real. That usually means mixing systems thinking, hands-on engineering judgment, and the relationships needed to move an organization toward a better outcome.
